Present and Future Growth
As we pursue aggressive growth plans for 2025 and beyond, you’ll be part of Mibura’s first in-house Business Development and Account Management team.

Key locations include Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas, Chicago, New York, and the Washington D.C. Metro areas. This role offers flexibility, allowing up to 50% remote work with travel percentages varying based on client and business needs.

Job Summary:

  • Pursue and shape deals on Data Center and Cloud, Network, and End User Services.
  • Work on IT Infrastructure Managed Services, Transformation programs, Infrastructure Advisory.
  • Have an understanding of Global Delivery Models.
  • Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
  • Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Mibura, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading Cloud transformation strategies and practices.
  • Operate within large teams and direct specific team sales activities.
  • Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualifications:You are:A growth-focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit, and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies.

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience originating and closing deals in the professional services space specifically focused on Cloud Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS).
  • Minimum of 8 years’ Sales Pursuit experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with a quota of $10M+.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years work experience).

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of DevOps, Automation and AI Ops, Service Management.
  • Assets, Contracts, and Financials restructuring of Infrastructure Managed Services and Transformation engagements.
  • Good understanding of cloud data warehousing & analytical platforms in the market.
  • Thought leader in building next-generation data architectures.
  • Understanding of challenges in cloud data migration, building analytical data warehouses, and AI/ML use cases on the data platform.
  • Ability to provide advice to clients on platform choices, data models, and deployment architectures.
  • Designing edge-based use cases and solutions.
  • Awareness of what it takes to design next-generation data platforms.
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and management.
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
  • High energy level focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.
