We have aggressive growth plans for 2025 and beyond, and you will be part of our first-ever in-house Business Development and Account Management team.

Key locations include Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas, Chicago, New York, and the Washington D.C. Metro areas. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home; travel percentages will vary according to role.

Job Summary:

Defines, develops, and manages the lifecycle of Intel, AMD, ARM, Nvidia, Broadcom, Marvel, Cisco to Diverse set of Public Network Ports via Telco, IX, On-Net, Off-Net.

Responsibilities:

• Business Leadership: Provide business leadership for Mibura’s Edge Infrastructure networking platform, as an enabler for all networking products and services. This includes Internet peering and transit, multi-cloud interconnection with collocation and cloud environments, and networking roadmaps for Metal and Network Edge.
• Strategy Execution: Execute the Mibura NetMetal strategy to power the world’s digital leaders with digital infrastructure, including opportunity analysis, planning, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, execution, and launch.
• Backlog Management: Manage the backlog by prioritizing the few items to move forward among many candidates based on an analysis of the business opportunity vs. level of effort.
• Solution Ideation: Partner with UX, solution architects, and engineering to ideate solutions, placing a premium on user experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product engineering, network architects, network deployment, and service delivery teams in the rollout of new offerings, features, releases, and markets.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions; identify and proactively include correct stakeholders and communicate effectively; understand stakeholder needs and build effective relationships; utilize effective methods of communication with stakeholders, varying approaches accordingly.
• Business Optimization: Run the business by analyzing and optimizing value chain activities; establish and monitor KPIs; implement course corrections as needed. Maintain a keen awareness of budgeting (Capex & Opex) and P&L for the Edge Infrastructure network platform and services.
• Market Assessment Support: Support market assessments with qualitative and quantitative research; validate the problem space; size the market; meaningfully segment it; determine segment attractiveness; develop theory of competitive advantage and implications for the value chain; create business case and impacts to financials. Research competitors and verticals; prepare reports related to financial position, competitive position, and market potential.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of combined experience in software development with at least 5 years in a product management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or a relevant field of study; MBA preferred.
• Proven record of accomplishment taking complex software networking products to market from early ideation, prototype, through General Availability, including go-to-market motions.
• Must include references to press releases, blogs, industry publications, podcasts, or webinars you participated in as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Experience building complex networking software at scale (e.g., VPC, load balancers, firewalls, IPAM) with a focus on resilience and automation of well-tested production-ready software.
• End-to-end understanding of Cloud/multi-cloud networking including L2-L3 networking technologies, such as MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN/VXLAN, BGP at cloud scale.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in designing and implementing API interfaces using REST.
• Data Center networks experience with collocation, IP peering and transit; Network hardware and Operating System development; network service orchestration; virtualization, networking, SDN, NFV, management and orchestration (e.g., K8s), APIs.
• Background in Metro/Carrier Networks, Mobile Networks (e.g., 5G), and Satellite Ground stations.
